How do we know if our PayPal Account is linked correctly?

    You can do that by making a test submission. It will redirect your users to the Paypal page (assuming your are using the Paypal standard checkout/express integration.

    First, make sure that you have entered the correct merchant email in the integration.

    After than, make a test submission, it will direct your users to this Paypal payment gateway for secure transactions. The merchant email or the business name will show up there.

     

    Please do also take note that when users did not complete the transaction or payment, let's say they left the payment gateway page, the submission will be marked as "Incomplete Payment", to learn more about it, you can check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-View-Incomplete-Payments 

    If you want to further check, you can make a test transaction.
