How to get the data from previous submissions?

Wasn't sure what to title this, I'm almost assuming what I'd like to do can't be done anyhow.

We would like to set something up where the first form (or even just first page of the form) is an area to input the branch number along with names to be added.  The second form (or 2nd page of the form) would provide a list, not just of the names they just entered but names they may have previously entered as well that they can check off before submitting to us.

Or even if it was just a one page thing where all the names they've previously entered are shown and they can add new names before checking them off and the next time they came back the new names would be there.

Obviously I'd like to avoid a situation where they send me the names then have to wait until I can add them manually.  More work for me plus they have to wait, lose lose.

I thought perhaps the easiest thing for me to do would be to just embed a editable google sheets doc in there for them to add new names and delete names they don't need on the list anymore but then I'm lost to how I might be able to integrate a way that that then becomes a list that they can then use to check the names off.

I also thought about having one form to submit the names to google spreadsheets then using the data there to output to a checklist on a separate form, but wasnt sure if that was possible, also when using one of the widgets for the user to add a line, every added line just ends up in the same box on the spreadsheet so I don't think that would work anyway.

I also thought about using a duel list widget but I couldn't figure out a way for them to add names to the list, also don't think this would work anyway unless there was someway that the name options added saved for the next time.

I apologize I do like to ramble, I just want to make sure anyone who can help knows what I've thought about trying and can tell me if one of those ways is possible, or if there's a better way, or if it's possible at all.

Unfortunately what you are trying to achieve is currently not possible as we do not have such feature. Please be noted that it is not possible to get the data from any external sources or from the past submission as well. 

If you want to display the data in a dropdown or checkbox question, you may like to take a look at our "User Contributed Dropdown" and "User Contributed Checkbox" widgets. This will allow users to input any new option in the dropdown / checkbox which will be automatically displayed for all users.

Do check and see if any of the widgets fits into your requirement.
