First of all, may I congratulate you on your clever use of JotForm.

From what I can gather you are using the forms post variables to populate a voucher/ticket.

Can I see what php you have used on your 2seasbeta.nixiweb.com/test.php page?

There may be better ways to render the forms data on that 'thankyou' page.
