How to find a form I created?

Asked by tcusker on December 08, 2011 at 09:49 AM

Our company uses a number of JotForm accounts, somewhere I have created a form in an account that I cannot seem to remember how to access.

Is there anyway to find this form?

Absolutely. We can search your form in our system. Can you please tell us the form-id or the web site url where your form is currently embedded?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi there -

    The form is at: http://form.jotform.com/form/11461713095

I have it embedded on a page on our sales extranet, which would require a login for you to access. Will the URL above work?

    Thank you!

I have another username also - its PortalMon. Not sure if this form could be somehow associated to that username, but I wasn't able to locate it among My Forms in either account.

Thank you again for your help!

First off, thanks for your cooperation. I've just found the said form. It has been created under a guest account. My suggestion would be to clone this form to one of your accounts and re-embed it to your site. Meanwhile, i will talk to my superiors and ask them if it's possible to send you the submission data in it. As soon as i get a response, i will let you know via this thread or send you an email.

    Thanks for your patience.

After reading through other posts on your Forum, I suspected this might be the case. Is there any way I can continue to use the URL of this form? I've distributed it far & wide for our sales teams to use, and changing the URL at this point is going to provide a challenge for some of our outside teams.

Additionally, if there is any way to share with me the data submissions we have received thus far, that would be ideal.

Thank you for all of your help here!
