The form is not loaded properly preventing the page break buttons from working

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen

Today we noticed an error concerning one of our form generators that enables our customers to choose between different offers. If we elect the webpage and try to start the configurator, it won’t start the configuration immediately. Instead we have to reload the page.
Did you ever hear about this problem in the past? Do you know any corrective measures to solve the problem?

Yes and this is usually because the form is embedded using our JS method and a conflict happened in the page between the form script and your website script. We recommend re-embedding the form using our iframe method to fix it.
