    Date Conditions set up - works correctly on iPhone all the time, works 90% of the time on PC but not on Wednesdays??

    I have an odd one, I have set up a a date field with conditions called "Your first box will be delivered on..."


    This field works correctly when I view the form on the Iphone.


    When I view the form on my PC it works 90% of the time, however I have noticed it is always wrong on Wednesdays.

    The field "Your first box will be delivered on..." the output for this field should show the date "28.07.15", but when I view the field on the PC it says "24.07.15" which is wrong. It should say 28.07.15.

    (when I view the same form on my iPhone it shows the date "28.07.15" which is correct. So the conditions look like they are set up correctly.)


    I have embedded this form on my webpage using iFrame code as recommend, because when I used the source code the date was not displaying in iPhone browsers.

    I have viewed the form on my PC using Firefox and its display the date as 28-07-2015, which is the correct on as you've specified in your thread.

    Try clearing your browser cache, then reload the page again.

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    Yes I noticed it has changed this afternoon. However this morning it said the 24th. Almost like it's got its time zones mixed up and the form is 12 hours behind real time.

    Hello Stephen,

    I'm able to view the date is displayed correctly when I viewed the webpage on PC. I notice that the fields used for calculation are hidden on your JotForm. Could you try enable these fields to show on the form temporarily so that we can identify where exactly the issue is happening.

    Also, please check if the Timezone is set correctly in your account settings page.

    I have unhidden my fields.


    I've also gone to account settings and it was set to EST time instead of GMT, argh! So it looks like that was the problem! Think EST is about 5 or 6 hours behind gmt I believe so it's all starting to make sense now!

    If you could just double check that everything should be working as planned that would be much appreciated!

    It seems to be working fine at my end. Do you still see the issue with the form on your PC? If so, could you provide us with the screenshot of the form while the calculated fields are shown.
