I want to create a form that allows me to print it to one sheet, with two columns. Any way I can set this up?

The form I wish to build is for customer booking for parties, I require them to enter their details and then want to print the sheet out with a payment section on the right side of the page.

This would allow the booking form to be printed out and the prices calculated at the completion of the booking written manually.

Then you can align them perfectly by going to the form designer and enabling columns in the form layout tab:
