Data capture privacy policy

We collect data from all the submissions made via Jotform. Can you tell us, are we able to use these to build a mailing list from these? Do you show a Privacy Policy anywhere?

For the data capture by your forms, you can check our Privacy policy here: http://www.jotform.com/privacy/. You might also check our "Terms of Use" page.

For the concern about building a mailing list, you can check our available apps here: http://apps.jotform.com/category/emailling. I believe you can easily transfer submissions and build contacts there, you can also have a email campaign based from those captured submission data.
