I would like to upgrade our subscription and when I click on pricing nothing happens.
We need help! We have two active forms that need to keep working.
Also, I would like to change our username as soon as possible and haven't been able to do so. I have sent several emails to you all and no one has responded.

Upon checking based on your email address, I found that you only have a guest account. This type of accounts are created when you do not sign up / sign in to your account and start building your forms.
Your guest account is also over limit as you have exceeded the allowed submission limit. Your current usage is 139 submissions.
I would suggest you to sign up for a free account using your email address monika.Delagarza@workforcesolutionscb.org and all your forms should automatically move to your new account. Do get back to us with your new account username if you do not see your form and we will move your forms manually.
Once you have a free account, you will be able to upgrade your account without any problem.
