How long does it take for encryption keys to be created?

I have unsuccessfully attempted to have encryption keys created for my Needs List form, but it doesn't seem to work. I have let the system run for nearly an hour and it didn't finish. Do I need to wait longer or is there something amiss in the process?

The encryption key should be created immediately/  I definitely shouldn't take an hour.  It shouldn't take 5 seconds.  If possible, try another browser or clear your current browsers cache/cookies then log back in to your account and try again.  The key file is a very small file.  There has been some choppiness on our end today, at least in the forums.  There may have been some server lag that caused trouble creating the key.

If you are still unable to create the key file, let us know and we will be happy to take another look.
