    Good Morning,

first as a paying customer I would prefer to be able to contact the JotForm vendor directly about problems rather than on an open forum. I could understand for free account but not if you are paying. Just my opinion. and Closed. that's even worse.

Now to the problem - I have added the Terms & Conditions widget to the bottom of this form: http://bartenappraisals.com/get-appraisal.php

and it shows up and works in all browsers except Safari, in Chrome it shows up but the box is black rather than white/silver the rest show and its a bit harder to see.

Please let me know how we can fix this as soon as possible. My client needs this to work.

    Thanks
    Caryn

    Hi,

Upon checking your website, I tested it on a Safari 8 browser emulator. Unfortunately, I'm unable to replicate the problem.

These are the possible solutions that I can think of:

    1. First, try re-embedding the form using the iFrame embed code, it might a code conflict but specific to a browser version or OS. Here's a guide on that: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.

    2. You can use the default check box instead and transform it to a "Terms & Conditions" widget. Here's an example. The good thing using the default check box is that we can further design it, compared to a widget. This is what I added in the options:

I have read the <a href="http://www.bartenappraisals.com/pdf/terms-engagement.pdf" target="_blank">terms & conditions</a> and agree to the terms and conditions.

To see how it looks like, I've cloned your form for testing purposes, you can check it here: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52024896122957. You can use the Form Designer Tool to further style it.

Do let us know if any of the solutions above will work.

Regarding your concern about the support, currently, you can contact us via Forum and/or email (support@jotform.com). You can also set your thread post to "Private".

    Thanks.
