Using the form analytics tool you can be able to get the following information

1. When the form was visited

2. IP address of the visitor

3. Country of visitor

4. Device Used

5. Total number of visitors who viewed you form

6. Total number of visitors who filled your form and submitted

7. Device and browser used to access the forms
