I am getting an "Upload Your Private Key" message

    I am getting an "Upload Your Private Key" message when trying to view my form submissions.

    It should only appear once, is it still occurring this time?

    I checked it here and I was not prompted with the upload your private key window.

    Please let us know if you are still experiencing this so we can investigate this further.

    I turned off the encryption on the form, but the responses that had already come in are still encrypted. I'm not sure why I cannot find the key on my computer. Should it be there automatically?

    You are usually prompted to create a private key which you can download and save to a location in your computer.

    Check you downloads folder its should be a file with the name "jotform.key"
