I have 2 forms, one should go to paypal the other should just be submited

Masquerade Gala - Ticket Purchase (this one should go to paypal)

and

Masquerade Gala - Ticket Purchase By Check (this one should not go to paypal)

everytime I test the Purchase by Check it goes to the paypal link, how do I change this.

Kindly confirm that the payment widget in purchase by check is not a Paypal widget, this could be the cause of the redirect, also while your ate it clear you browser cache then test the form again.
