Is it possible to set all file uploads to the max size it can be?

I have lots of forms that have file uploads and I would like all of them to have more than 1MB file size limit. Looks like the default sets it to 1MB. How do I just set it to "unlimited" a.k.a as large as is allowable? I don't want to have to keep changing them if someone has a 5MB file.

You can set the file size to around 500000KB which is equivalent to 500MB
