Is it possible to validate data entered before allowing the form taker to move on?

I'm trying to create a quiz that I can give out to students. I see that with the quiz app that I can put in the correct answers into the program, and that it will automatically grade the answers. I'm wondering, however, if it would be possible to make the quiz so that when a student enters in their answer, that the quiz will not only tell them if they are correct or incorrect, but make them have to retry the quiz question before moving on to the next question. It would also be nice if it were possible to maybe give them a hint if the answer was wrong.

    Hi,

I think the only way to achieve this is by using Smart Forms using Condition Logic.

You can create condition rules that will instantly validate the end users input while in the process of answering the quiz form.

Here is a demo jotform http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52026541098958? you can test.

I have the conditions setup like this

You can also clone the form to better review it on your Form Builder.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
