Authorize.Net: Error 13: The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.

    i am  getting

     

    Error 13: The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.

    when i know 100% for sure that he login id and transaction Key are correct..

    How are you trying to enter the credentials into its appropriate fields? Did you copy it from a notepad and paste it to the login id and transaction key field? If yes, could you try entering it to the fields manually, please? I have found the error message you're getting over the internet: https://support.authorize.net/authkb/index?page=content&id=A415&pmv=print&impressions=false
