the calander widget is not showing up properly

    The calender is not showing up.

    How can I fix this?

    Hi cheryllynn0129,

     

    I have checked the form on your website and the calendar icon is showing up. See screenshot below.

    However, I noticed that when you click the calendar icon, the calendar pop-up is not displayed properly. See screenshot below.
