The booking form entered differs to what was recieved in the email.

    Hi,

    I've attached a booking form where the filled out fields doesn't match what is received on the email. 

    Date of Birth and the country or state of issue appears to be blank when it's been filled in the form.

    Could you please investigate and help us resolve this?

    Hi,

    May I know if the form is embedded in a website? If it is, could you share us the link to it? You might need to use the iFrame embed code if that's the case. 

    Also, I noticed that you are collecting sensitive information like credit card details manually. Please be advise that we do not allow this and is a violation of our Terms of Use, please check the "Phishing" section of that page. We have an anti-Phishing system and your form will most likely be disabled and your account will be suspended.

    If you need to collect payments, I would advise using the Payment integration that we support.
