Show address on map - submission settings

I would like to use this "Show address on map" feature, but when I look at the options, it's not a choice for me to select. Does it actually have to have the official address field on the form for it to show this option?

Yes, you need to have address field inside of your form to have the option "Show address on map" inside of submission settings. 

You can also check our Geolocation widget. This widget is ideal when you want to accurately point out the location of where the form is being filled out.
