I like the ease of use of the tools but am coming across many unexpected issues. In short, it doesn't quite behave as advertised, especially on the user experience side of things. Am I alone in my experience or opinion?

We have over 500,000 users and for the most part we manage to keep them happy.
We realise that unexpected bugs can creep in when form creators use very specific features on certain web browsers.
JotForm is a feature rich web application and the internet has a range of different platforms to cater for.
The developers work hard to remedy any significant bugs as quickly as possible and we rely on our users to report them as we can't test for every eventuality.
Thanks for your interest in JotForm.

C'mon guys. I'm a customer with high expectations of your software in a production environment and it's unfortunately falling short. Send me the names and versions of the browsers that you "cater" to please. I'd like to test using those. Because, for me, I'm experiencing issues every time I turn around and these issues are being reported by end users.
Before I purchased, I was told JotForm was stable. Now, I'm told that "bugs creep in." The bugs that I am reporting are dealing with pretty straightforward stuff (radio buttons saving, all form data disappearing after a user submits a form with an attachment that is either too large or has an extension that isn't accepted)
I am testing in

Please report any bugs as you find them. We will do our best to have them resolved.
