We use jotform to have our clients submit jobs to us. And we recently have problems with the forms showing up on its raw form (i.e. fields not hiding, upload buttons not showing up). Furthermore we also had failed loading of forms from chrome, internet explorer and firefox.
The weird thing is that it only happened today and only some clients are experiencing problems.
Did you have any complaints lately with a similar problem.
We appreciate your urgent response (as always) as we rely mainly on the form working smoothly to keep our business operational.

I have tested you form on the mentioned browsers (windows platform) and its loading correctly also the hidden fields remain hidden accordingly.
We haven't had any similar complaints so far,
Could you kindly try accessing the forms again, I have cleared your account's form cache, let us know of the outcome
