Text size and color

I have completed my form and taken to my Xara site.

My problem is that I am using a black background on my site and although the Header text is black, it has a light color behind it and is readable.  The text for the other fields is black with no background behind it as is not readable.

I would like to make the text a little larger and change the color to white.

And BTW - I find JotForm VERY difficult to move aroung in - I search here for answers to questions which should be in a help file in the program and when I try to follow the directions given here I can't find what it tells me to do.

What should have been a quick and simple project with JotForm has turned into hours long instead. - jb

Edit - OK, I found the text edit tools.  Duh!  :(

Edit #2 - I can change the size/color of only the heading text - when I select any other block on the form and then select "form style", which brings up the text menu and then select the text and click on font size, the menu goes back to the properties menu instead of allowing me to change the font size as I can with the heading block.

As I stated in Edit #2 - :) - I can ONLY change the text size and color in the header - I CAN NOT change the other blocks in the form.

When I select any other block on the form and then select "form style", which brings up the text menu and then select the text and click on font size, the menu goes back to the properties menu instead of allowing me to change the font size as I can with the heading block. - jb

Please click Form Style tab on the Form Builder to find the tools you need to modify your form's appearance.

Note that changing Font Size will affect every fields in your form, including your heading and sub-heading text. The heading text font size is relative to the font size you specify.

As an alternative, you may add the Free Text (HTML) field instead of the Heading field to be able to control its font size independently.

"Note that changing Font Size will affect every fields in your form, including your heading and sub-heading text."

    Neil, not on my JotForm.

I can change the text font, color, etc on the header but it does not change any other field.

And, as I have stated above - "When I select any other block on the form and then select "form style", which brings up the text menu and then select the text and click on font size, the menu goes back to the properties menu instead of allowing me to change the font size as I can with the heading block." - jb

    Hi JB,

Thank you for your explanation. Here's another workaround that you may try. You can insert this custom code inside your Label, in order to create color and sizes of the text:

    <span style="font-size:15px;color:#1589FF;">Name of your Field</span>

You can customize the bolded value if you like. Also, don't forget to rename the Name of your Field :)

Remember: Re-editing of the code after entered isn't allowed, so just always be careful.

Let us know if you have further questions. Thanks.
