How can i use survey data in previous page on the next page

    My request is simple,

     

    I want the user enter his name at the first page and in the second survey page i want to write "Hello {name}"

    did not work with fields with brackets.

     

    Help is appreciated...

    Thanks for contacting us.

     

    I found your form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/51903279982365 from the page you have given. After checking your requirement, I think you want to copy the name entered from the first page of the form to the second page using {name}. It won't work because that holder will not have a value unless the form is already posted/submitted (i.e. it works on Thank You page when data is already submitted).

     

    You might consider using conditions. Please see Smart Forms Using Conditional Logic. Using conditions, you can copy input from one field to another (from one textbox to another).

    THank you Chris, but isn't that possible to keep that data in a cookie or in another caching method ?

    You might need to build 2 forms and pass the values via URL parameters in the second form which would be your survey.
