I thought I already had (and was paying for) encryption

I saw a notice about making encrypted forms (and how they are handled differently and the key etc.). I had thought I had encryption already. If this is just a different way of doing it, can I simply turn on (keep on?) the encryption setting on the forms I already have, or do I need to make new forms?

The encryption capability had not been implemented earlier it is a recent addition to jotform, what you were paying was a higher quota for submissions both non SSL and SSL(secure).

In this encryption the data collected is the one encrypted so once you turn on encryption for a form you wont be able to view the submissions until your provide the key.

You can simply turn on the encryption on the existing forms, you do not need to create a new form
