We updated our Thank You screen significantly yesterday. After saving it, we went back in to verify it saved the changes & they were saved. We tested the process and the Thank You screen popped up correctly. Today, the form is back to what it was before the changes. What happened?

If you had made changes to the form that were saved and are no longer in the form, you can always revert your form back to any previously saved state using your revision history:
This should allow you to change your form back to whatever previous state you would like.
