Why is my Custom Form Warning Message not working?

    Hello...

    For some reason, I cannot get my customized message to populate as the error message when a duplicate entry is entered into my form.  

    I've entered:

    OOPS! Looks like you may have requested your TDEE numbers already. If you're looking to have them re-evaluated or adjusted, please check in with one of our moderators in the forum.

    But instead I get:

    From what I can see it appears that you're custom warning message isn't working on your end.

    I've inspected this issue and I can confirm that this is happening because the custom form warning message is only based on "Expiration Date" and the "Submission Limit".
