If I have not exceeded my 100 submissions for the month, why are my forms disabled?

I am currently on the free plan. I have a college application for international students that only receives about 10 to 12 applications per month at most. we have received about 10 this month so far and already my account is being disabled and I am not sure why. I am looking to see if this is an error, or if I can configure my form so that it does not trigger my account to disable after only 10 submissions. please help.

    Thank you,

    Erik

Erik, this is because you are using secure SSL submissions instead of the regular submissions, and the limits on the free plan are 100 regular submissions, or 10 secure SSL submissions, or 10 payment submissions - whichever comes first.

I would advise you to please disable the Secure form option on your form, by going to Setup & Embed > Embed Form, and deselecting the Secure form box.

After that, please re-embed your form with the non-secure link, since you will continue to receive the secure submissions if the form was embedded or shared with the secure link.

If you want to receive secure SSL submissions, and are expecting to receive more than 10 secure submissions per month, I would advise you to please consider upgrading your account to one of the plans that support more secure submissions.

If you wish to stay on the free plan, we can reset your SSL counter after you have unselected the Secure form option, but we can do so only once. You should make sure that you have re-shared and re-embedded the standard version of your form.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if we can assist you further.
