Hi. I have an existing account with several forms with collected data. I am thinking of setting up another account and would like to migrate some of my existing forms and data over to the new account. Is that possible?

Yes, we can migrate / move / transfer your forms to another account for you, if you wish.

    1. I would also like to point out that we have a form sharing option with your sub users. You can read more about this form of sharing in our guide on How to Share Forms with a Sub Account User. In this method, you would remain the owner of the forms and their submissions, but you can set up another account as a sub-user such that they are able to only edit the forms that you have shared with them, only view submissions of those forms, or do both.

    2. In the method where we would actually move your desired forms to another account, you would no longer be the owner of the moved forms and their submissions - all data would be transferred to that new account. That is why a request for moving a form must come from the account that owns the forms, and must be as clear as possible to help us avoid accidentally moving a wrong form, or moving it to a wrong account.

An example request for moving / transferring a form would look like:

Please move my forms [form ID or name of the form that you wish to move], from my account boulderassoc to account named [username of the account that would be receiving your forms and submissions].

Upon making such a request, one of our active colleagues would be more than happy to move the forms for you, and let you know how the moving / transferring process went.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you need further clarifications on any of the methods described above, or if you would like to move your forms - which forms and to which account. Thank you.
