Email response too long

    When we receive our emailed response, it is too long because it stacks responses.  We need to make all responses fit onto one page. How can we accomplish this? We already checked the "do not print empty fields".

    I have logged into your account to check your Email Notification, and I see the issue. The option to Hide Empty Fields on Emails works only when the Data Table is Locked in the email notification.

    Please go to edit your notification by clicking on Setup & Embed > Emails, and click on your notification.

    There, please scroll to the bottom, and click on the Lock Data Table button.

    After performing these steps, empty fields will be omitted from the email notification.
