What happens after you reach the submission caps on the free plan? Will be still be able to access the form? Can they submit?

I am currently using the free plan and anticpate fewer than 30 submsisions and 100 MB, however, I created the form as a secure form and see that only 10 submission are allowed. What happens once I reach the 10 submissions? Will the other people be able to use the form and it will automatically change to unsecure? Or will the link no longer be accessible?

Once the form goes over the limits on your subscription the form will no longer be accessible and will be replaced with a message indicating that the form is no longer available to the user.
