Hi, I am a customer for about 3 years ago, I noticed that JotForm becomes more complex and difficult to handle, some features have disappeared and others can not be controlled easily ..
Guys, are you sure that going in the right direction ?
In my case:
- Custom URL has disappeared, one day just disappeared- HTML customization over email alerts has turned very unstable, sometimes works, sometimes not- I have to login in every change that I make (horrible)- Background is not working, I set in green then appears in white, once and again.. I need touch CSS code manually in order to set it
Is there any thing that maybe I´m doing wrong ?.. certainly I´m stopped and I don´t know how fix all those problems in most of my new forms. Note that in my older forms I don't have this problems

We do constantly improve the product, so that the service is growing in terms of features. However, we do try to keep the things as easy as possible.
The Form Custom URL option can be found under Embed Form menu.
