We have had a few people email us saying they tried to donate online but received an error that the form was incomplete. They claim they made sure, multiple times, that every field was filled in. I tried the form myself and it worked, but wanted to see if you could see any possible errors or reasons why other people might be getting the incopmlete error (aside from user error).

I have never heard about such problem before. Your form and account look good.
Can you please ask your users to try in any different internet browser if they reproduce the problem again? Also it would be great if they provide us with the screenshoots where we will see all the filled fields and warning message.

Same thing is happening on my site, my users get the "form incomplete" message.
