How can I update/replace a purchase order with Paypal

Hi JotForm:

I have a very simple form requirement, but I've spent countless hours trying to make your forms work for me.  I have one form that I love, but it is has a "purchase order" payment.  If I could just get rid of that and add the PayPal button I would be happy.

I believe you told me there was no way to get rid of the purchase order feature, even though the form was "e-commerce" in nature.

To work around that, we have uploaded a pdf fill in form so I could edit it, and it turns out I can't edit the text in that form, I have created a custom form which has a problem in that when someone enters data and presses the enter key, the form is sent to me whether it is completed or not.  I have also made another form, e-commerce in nature, but that form is not as nice as the other forms and doesn't work for my purpose.

All in all, I'm in to JotForm 36 hours now, for a form with 4 questions and nothing to show for it.  

Can someone please help me with the first form (I've linked it below).  I need to add PayPal as an option and get rid of the Purchase order.

I have added the Paypal integration instead, all you needed to do was to delete the current purchased order and replace it with the Paypal one. However, I put the email apr********@eart****k.net as your Paypal email account, if that is not the correct email in your Paypal profile, then please update it.
