I need for all information submitted on a form to show in the excel sheet download.

    When I download the submissions, only the information from the last 4 fields are showing.  I need all information that in completed in the form to show on the excel download.

    I need it to show the data for ALL submissions, not just those.  There have been 20 submissions made of the form, only 4 have all the data showing.
