Can I track who I submit a form to and if they return it?

    is there a way to monitor who you send a form to and track when I get it back and from who?

    Thank you for this.
    I also sent an email regarding assistance in making a form. I need a form with 8 columns and 5 rows (like an order sheet) and have had luck in trying to make one. Is there a way you could send me directly to a representative?
