We have an issue with decrypting the data on one computer, both viewing the email notification on the browser and viewing the information on Jotform.com. However, we are able to view the data on other computers fine.

I would suggest you try to Clear your Browser's Data and see if it solves the issue.
If after clearing your browser's data didn't solve the issue, please let us know.
