Form submissions are not being emailed to me. Perhaps they are getting blocked in spam but I've had this problem before with Jotform. I've changed the email to a general hotmail email in hopes it will fix the issue. Otherwise I sill need to move to something more reliable for form submissions.
For email related problems, this guide should help you more about it: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues. Especially if you are using a custom email address.
You are currently using Hotmail, but I would suggest to still add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender or contact list in Hotmail so to make sure that the form emails won't be filtered as spam.
