Form truncates in WordPress

    We have added some fields and now it looks like the bottom of the form is cut off and doesn't show up in WordPress.  The last few fields and the submit button aren't showing up.  Any advice?

    Figured ti out as well. wondering if today's Wordpress has something to do with it.
