I am using a free version of the form. I have sent out a form for at least 80 people to submit and as of today I have 20 people that have submitted and now I am getting emails from people saying we have reached our quota and they cannot submit. Why is this happening and how can I fix the issue?
If we need to purchase an account that would allow us at least 80 submissions per form, please let me know and tell me how to proceed so everything will transfer over.

I have checked your Form and I've noticed that it was created using a Guest Account. Guess Accounts only has 20 allowable submissions. A user is automatically assigned a guest account if he creates a form without registering. In order to enjoy 100 monthly submissions, you'd have to register for a Free Account using the same email address you've used for the notification of your Guest Account.
Please be reminded that for a Free Account you will be having 100 Non-Secured Submission, 10 SSL(secured) Submission and 100 MB allowable upload file size limit. You can check the details of each of our Plan Subscription on this link.
Your forms will be disabled once it reaches ANY of those limits. However, it will be reactivated the following month when your limits have been reset.
