My clients are getting "server busy" error

    I have a premium account and yet I have clients complaining that when they go to a page, I have a form on they are getting

    "server busy"

    I have many different forms on many different pages... same problem

    I gave a link to just one of the pages below

    what can we do to stop this?

    do I have to upgrade to something higher than Premium?

    do you need to upgrade your servers?

    I am able to view the form in the given link without any problem. The only issue I noticed is that your website loads too slow.  Would you mind asking your clients to take a screenshot of the issue and please post it here?  Here's how to add a screenshot to this support forum: http://www.jotform.com/answers/277033.

    But just in case the issue is with the form, just please do the following:

    a. Open the form in the form builder and re-save it.

    b. Close the form builder and then clear your form's cache: http://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache.

     

    You don't need to upgrade as the issue is not related to the account type. And we've made sure that our servers can handle any amount of data.
