Captcha not working - no image is displayed

Asked by Rick on July 23, 2015 at 07:11 PM

For many years, this code has worked to display and then process the captcha image and user response.  It now does not display any image so, of course, any form submit fails.

    Here is the code:  <script type="text/javascript" src="//www.jotform.com/captcha.php"></script>   <input type="text" name="qCap" class="text" id="uword" />

    This is my URL

    I appreciate your help.

    Thanks,

    Rick

I would like to apologize for the inconvenience. I'm not particularly sure where did you get the script code you have posted. I also see that it is embedded on your website which has a form that is not from JotForm.

If you would like to embed JotForm's Captcha, you can create a form containing it and embed it to your website using this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/67-Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use

Here's how you can add Captcha on your JotForm through the Form Builder.

    First through Quick Tools:

    And through Widgets:

I hope this helps. Thank you.

The code came from Interlogy as part of Profile Manager.  They also sell Jotform.  Should I get a fix directly from them so I don't have to move completely to Jotform and then integrate back into Profile Manager?
