When a customer submits a form without selecting the province the tax does not calculate properly. Is there a way to prevent the submission of a form if it is not properly filled in. Or is there a way to default the province the same as the country.
I had 2 submissions from Alberta today that did no calculate tax

As per further checking, there is no way to validate the State/Province in Address field if it is properly filled in or set its value the same with the Country in the Address Field. However, you can try to create separate fields for your Shipping Address field instead of using the Quick Tool Address field. This way you can set the State/Province into a Drop Down field in which you can set what values can be selected by your user. Then you can use the State/Province Drop Down in setting up the Payment Tool taxes.
You can check this form that I have created to use as a guide to setup your form - http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52039165117956?.
