Encryption in the formAsked by Unistoten on July 23, 2015 at 08:17 PMI cleared the browser cache, all temp files and outdated system files, and that didn't help. In the middle of the night I turned encryption back on under account settings and for the form in question, and then I was able to "view submissions" and copy the data that way. Then I reset all to "no encryption."
Interesting feature - I just didn't realize I had activated it and my team needs to get briefed on the privacy key business before we can all use it.
Just to let you know that I've moved your last reply here as a new thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/618231.
As for the issue, I was able to view your submissions now without the encryption so I think you manage to resolve this already. Please let us know if the issue persist so we can investigate further.
