In the middle of the night I turned encryption back on under account settings and for the form in question, and then I was able to "view submissions" and copy the data that way. Then I reset all to "no encryption."
Interesting feature - I just didn't realize I had activated it and my team needs to get briefed on the privacy key business before we can all use it.

As for the issue, I was able to view your submissions now without the encryption so I think you manage to resolve this already. Please let us know if the issue persist so we can investigate further.
