For some reason, I'm able to send the form via email, but the link does not appear in the email received at the other end.
So I copied the link and pasted it in the text. But on my end, when I try to customize message using rich text editor, the html option does not show. So the email was sent, but the link wasn't clickable. What can I do?

Could you try it again? If you copy and paste it, it's possible that the anchor link will be removed and will be in plain text. By default, the form link is anchored to it self.
Here's the email I received.
If you are copy and pasting, you can manually anchor a link to your text by following the screencast below:
You can also use your own email client to send the form link, you just need to copy the Form URL and then distribute it via email, chat, post or anywhere as long as the users will be able to open it on a web browser.
Here's how to get the Form URL:
You can copy it in the "Preview" window.
Or you can copy it in the "Embed Form" options.
I hope that helps.
