    Hi Jotform,

    I have 2 issues:

    1. Does jotform adapt automatically to mobile/ipad format?

Please refer to mobile screenshot, showing cutoff textbox & name box missing.

    2. Embedded form (www.kimballerobyzen.com/skype) is also appearing on bottom of homepage:

www.kimballerobyzen.com Despite not wanting that, it's extra large width is reducing size of rest of page content. Interestingly, it does not appear on my weebly.com editor. So, cannot remove it???

Thank you, look forward to your advice.

    Hi Kimballe,

    Thanks for contacting us.

Regarding your issue #1, JotForm is not automatically mobile responsive. You need to set this up in the form settings. Just follow the instructions provided in the screenshot below to setup your form's Responsive setting.

Regarding your issue #2, I checked the source code of the site and I noticed that the <script> tag is added in the page just after the footer tag of the site. Maybe you have added the <script> tag of your form in the footer area?
