Why aren't Conditional Wizard dropdowns working for me?

I am creating my first Jotfor. First of all, I love it! Thanks!

I wish to add conditional formatting to some text fields on my for along the lines of:

"If field "Filename 01" is not empty, then show fields "Filename 02" and "Full Track Title 02"

However, when I get to the Wizard, the dropdowns do not work and I cannot create the rule.

I am in Mac OS X 10.6.8 / Safari 5.1.2, javascript is enabled.

I just discovered it DOES work in Chrome.

    Thank you!

    Gary,

Unfortunately, I was not able to reproduce your problem on my end using Safari 5 (Windows).

Try restarting your browser so that the cache stored for JotForm will be cleared. Go to Edit menu then click Restart Safari.

Hopefully, this solution helps with your issue. If it does not, kindly let us know immediately. Provide a screenshot of the problem as well, if possible.

No, that didn't do it. By the way, there is no "Restart Sadfari" menu item under Edit or elsewhere- you have to quit and restart.  I cleared the cache before doing so- didn't change anything.

Here is a screenshot- the dropdowns are unresponsive.

    Hi,

I wasn't able to replicate this problem. Is it not because you haven't yet selected on the first dropdown box? Base on your screen, you haven't yet selected on the first dropdown box, that's why you can't proceed on the second box.

If that's not the reason, then it would be much easier to create those conditions using Chrome like you have stated on your first post.

Let us know if you have further questions. Thank you for your cooperation and have a great day!

Thanks, but neither of thoise suggestions worked. For now I'll do my editing in Chrome. If you have other suggestions I'd be happy to try them out.

    Thanks.
