Mobile/ipad format

    You guys are so awesome ... so responsive & helpful.

    We fixed last issue of footer script & now my homepage has returned to normal ... thank you!

    However, setting preferences to 'yes' for set responsive form (as suggested) has not resolved phone/ipad format not adjusting to page width??? Anymore suggestions?

    Hi Kimballe,

    Thanks for contacting us. 

     

    I checked your site using an android device and the form was displayed fine except for the Name field. See screenshot below.

    Can you try clearing your form cache and browser cache and check if the form will now  be displayed properly on your mobile device?

     

    Regarding the Name field not being displayed properly, can you try to setting the label align of the filed to Top and see if it works?
