Problem in downloading in Excel format!

Hi,

    I am a new user. I have successfully created a Jot Form as per my requirement. But, when I tried downloading the responses in Excel Format, the details which the respondent entered is not showing in the right way in Excel. Kindly help me in this regard.

It seems you have enabled encryption on that form, as a result of this you will need the private key to decrypt the submissions data.

Had you been prompted to create the key earlier? If so all you need is to upload the key when you are prompted to do so, kindly try clearing your browser cache and accessing the submissions again to receive the prompt
