how can i add more than one fields in one text box like this?

    Dear JotForm, 

    I want my text box has more than one fields so that i can add a lot of information. Please kindly help me! Thanks!

    The field you are referring is the Address Field which is composed of multiple Text Box and Drop Down. You can re-create a field like the Address Field by using separate Text Box fields. Please give us further details of the field you want to create, so we can help you setup this field.
